Booze
Not touched a drop since New Years Eve.

Thought I would enjoy it, however it's fucking boring. What can I do that replaces the pleasure of a drink?

Coccaine and heroin excluded.

perhaps a therapist won't help, but if nothing else, they can give you access to prescription drugs which you wouldn't otherwise have access

Anti depressants I'm on have a short life..about seven hrs tops..
Which means I'm chained to the fuckers..have to make sure in fully loaded when going away etc etc.
They are supposed to help with my anxiety issues..but are useless.

Re: Booze

There is a whole world of people who self medicate because therapists can't help them and most therapists have no idea what stuff is out there. With the chemicals available online people can research and find what works for them. Just because a therapist prescribes something doesn't mean it's going to help a person. Trial and error for some

Re: Booze
Been there done that, I'm on antidepressants and had therapy, helped to an extent.
